Warranty Information

801 Outlet does not offer general warranties on all products. However, customer satisfaction and our reputation in the community are very important to us.

If there is any issue caused by us, whether with a new or used sofa, we will do our best to correct the situation and resolve it in a fair manner.

All products are sold exactly as shown in the photos and descriptions.

This policy works both ways. Issues caused by customer responsibility — such as incorrect measurements, change of color preference, wrong chaise orientation, or damage after delivery — are not covered and are not eligible for compensation.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that customers verify room measurements, sofa dimensions, and chaise orientation before completing the purchase.

Exception – Structural Warranty:
Only sofas from the Collection – 801 Outlet Exclusive include a 2-year structural frame warranty covering defects in the wooden structure. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
