    Card Processing Fee

    Payments made in person using credit or debit cards may be subject to an additional 3% processing fee to cover card transaction costs.

    This fee applies only to card transactions and does not apply to payments made through cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

    Deposits & Holds

    Certain products may be placed on hold with a deposit. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the product, delivery date, or custom order requirements.

    Deposits for custom-made or special-order items may be non-refundable once production has started.

    Order Confirmation

    Orders are considered confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received and approved.

    Fraud Prevention

    801 Outlet reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or payment verification issues.
