    801 Outlet offers local delivery and warehouse pickup only. We do not ship products by mail or freight carriers.

    Pickup

    Customers may pick up their purchases at:

    Local Delivery (within 40 miles)

    $120 — Full Service Delivery
    Two professionals will deliver and place your furniture. No assistance required.

    $80 — Assisted Delivery (1 person)
    One helper will assist you. Customer assistance is required.

    $50 — Curbside Delivery
    Items are delivered to your curb or driveway only. Customer is responsible for moving items inside.

    Extended Distance

    Deliveries beyond 40 miles will be charged an additional $3.50 per mile.

    Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that items will fit through doorways, staircases, and inside their homes prior to delivery.

    801 Outlet is not responsible for damage caused by limited access, incorrect measurements, or obstacles inside the home.
